OVERVIEW

When the Philippines’ most successful franchise story sought our help to design a self-ordering kiosk, we felt like being treated to a giga-sized bucket of their flavored fries. Being part of innovating the customer’s french fries experience—giving it a techie twist—required our top UX talents, which we were glad to lend in the name of lip-smacking spuds.

Challenge

It’s undeniable how busy a Potato Corner kiosk can get with hungry customers lined up at snack hour, deciding which of the 25 powdered flavors would be perfect to enjoy their beloved fries with. We reimagined the customer experience and designed an app that would add convenience and ease to the ordering process.
